Our doors are open and we look forward to welcoming you all back in store however we ask that you please keep yourselves (and us) safe by following the safety guidelines of Level 2.
Firstly by checking in with the NZ Covid Tracer app, our barcode is at the entrance of the store and at the counters (where you will also find sanitiser available for your use). Secondly by wearing a mask and observing safe social distancing of 1-2m, (we have marked a pathway through the store to avoid any congestion).
We are very conscious of our responsibility to you all with the handling of items in-store and we have taken a lot of care in the past month to clean the store thoroughly. We please ask that you help us to maintain these efforts by using the sanistiser provided and understand if we offer more to you when handling products. If you're feeling unwell we ask that you please shop with us online or over the phone.
We're available for any queries via email: email@example.com, over the phone 09 376 1550, and of course open 24/7 online. We can freight orders to you (with free freight available for purchases $150 or above) or Click & Collect.
CLICK AND COLLECT: We will contact you, via email and/ or phone, to advise when your order is ready for collection. Please don’t just arrive before we have been in touch as your order may not have been completed. When in-store to collect please have your order reference ready (if ordered over the website).
OUT OF STOCKS We are experiencing some out of stocks, particularly as suppliers are increasingly running low and experiencing delays with shipments. We apologise for this but, unfortunately, it’s out of our control.
