Courier Freight Charges:

Auckland (Orewa to Pokeno) $5.00

Nationwide $10.00

Rural Charge of an extra $4.00 applies to rural delivery

Free Freight for purchases over $150.00

Please note: Bulky and/ or heavy orders being sent to rural delivery addresses and inter-island (including Waiheke Island) may need to be charged for freight. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case and discuss the options available.

Delivery charges are calculated within the checkout via your postal code (correct postal code is important for your order). Before proceeding to the checkout you can also calculate an estimate on the delivery charge. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

 



Standard Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, however if you are within the rural delivery areas the estimate for delivery may incur an additional 5 day lead time.

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will advise the ETA on delivery and notify of any expected delays via email, please check your spam or junk mail for this if you have not heard from us.


Click & Collect

When you place an order through our online store, you will be given the option of "Click and Collect" from our Ponsonby store. This option can be selected within stage 3 (Shipping Method) of the checkout process.

When your order is received by our customer service team and your stock is confirmed as available, a dispatch email is sent to you with the details for your store pickup.

Courier Company

All deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers and require a street address for delivery, as all parcels are sent by Signature Required service. Because of this we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you are not home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time for when you are home.

Same Day Delivery 

We are delighted to offer our Auckland customers the option of 'same day delivery' for only $15.00
Your order must be placed before 2pm, between Monday - Friday.
This delivery option is only available for stock that is available in store at time of purchase.
We can not provide same day delivery to a rural Auckland address.

If you would like to use the 'same day delivery' option, please email customerservice@millys.co.nz with your order number or call us on 09 376 1550 to arrange.

Please note: This option is not currently available to select within the checkout. You will be required to process your order as normal and contact us on the email or phone number above, for us to manually update your freight option.

 


 

We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
