For an entry-level model, the Bamix Mono stick blender is an impressive piece of equipment. The Mono Mixer is easy to hold and easy to use. It features an ergonomic handle, three interchangeable blades, and dual speed settings for maximum control. It's also remarkably quiet and clean-up is as easy as giving it a spin in a glass of warm, soapy water. Demanding chefs may opt for one of Bamix's more powerful models, but for everyday use, the Mono is more than adequate, easily comparable to other top-of-the-line hand blenders.
Bamix revolutionized cooking by first introducing the world to the stick blender in 1955. With many of its original models still in use today, Bamix blenders are renowned for their power, their durability, and their efficiency. A company that values quality above quantity, Bamix focuses on making one product and making it well. Bamix stick blenders and accessories are constructed from the highest quality materials and manufactured to exacting standards entirely in Switzerland.

Use & Care
Clean your bamix® immediately after use to prevent food residues caking onto the drive shaft. For more thorough cleaning, hold the bamix® in a bowl of warm water containing a few drops of detergent and switch it on for just a few seconds.
Always remove the attachments (blade, beater or whisk) from the drive shaft after use.
Your bamix will last longer if you oil it every few months. For this use an acid-free oil (sewing machine oil). Hold the bamix upside down and put 2 or 3 drops of oil on the drive shaft and switch on for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse bamix afterwards.
