Our couriers, Aramex, have informed us with Auckland moving into Level 3 they have a lot of backlogged freight moving through their network at present, which is causing significant delays for all deliveries (2-3days extra). This is particularly problematic in the rural Waikato, Whangarei and all Northland areas.
Please allow an additional time frame of up to 3 working days for your parcel to reach you and, if you need the goods quickly, please consider using a metro adress if you're able in Whangarei and Waikato or Contactless Click & Collect for local deliveries.
Thank you for your understanding with this, it's clear that all freight providers have an abundance of parcels in their networks at present but it is moving and they're doing everything that they can to clear any back-log.
Be assured we will get your parcels out as quickly as we're able, so there's very little delay in dispatch but we're not able make these any faster, or change/ re-direct parcels once they've been collected.
